What a 6‑Week Product Sprint Can Build
Here are a mix of Product Sprints we've shipped or scoped for a real client, and Product Sprint concepts spawned by team brainstorming sessions. Each one is labeled so you always know which is which.
Shipped
Live and in production.
Care Village
Free caregiver coordination for families
Care Village gives families a shared network to coordinate care for someone with ongoing needs: a shared update feed, a needs-and-preferences list, and a "who last checked in" indicator, replacing group texts and repeated one-off updates. Built test-first: 19 Playwright end-to-end specs run against a live Supabase instance, not mocked. Live and in formal user acceptance testing now.
SAR Narrative Library
A free AML template library, live and generating leads for Econofi.
BSA officers at community banks and MDIs had no free, MDI-aware SAR narrative resource. We shipped a public template library covering four common AML patterns — structuring, dormant-account reactivation, FATF wire activity, round-dollar concentration — each with an MDI-specific context note no other resource includes. Sprint 1 went from scaffold to fully live, validated, and capturing leads through HubSpot.
Econofi Financial Wellness Calculator
Voice-first, bilingual budgeting for the unbanked and underbanked — white-labeled per partner institution.
Most budgeting apps assume a salaried, English-speaking user with a bank account. This one doesn't — it runs calculations by voice in English or Spanish, builds budgets around irregular multi-job income, and shows users the real annual cost of check-cashing and money-order fees (often $1,000+/year) next to what a free credit-union account would cost instead. Built with per-institution branding and configuration, so a partner credit union or community bank can deploy it under its own brand, not just Econofi's.
StreetZones
Public safety for workers.
Built for a start-up founder with an idea to provide public safety for workers. Submitted to the the Workers Lab Innovation Fund Fellowship. Placed Top 10 of 597 applicants.
Proof Log — Bourbon Collection & Tasting App
Mobile app built using our AI-assisted development workflow to move fast without cutting corners.
Proof Log is an app for bourbon collectors to catalog bottles, log tasting notes, and manage a wishlist.
The freemium has on-device OCR that auto-fills bottle details from a label photo. 100+ automated tests, full CRUD across every feature, and real bugs caught through device testing.
Skills Gap Navigator
Turns a 2 AM production incident into a personalized lesson — and was itself specced by an AI crew in a day.
DevOps teams lose institutional knowledge every time someone leaves mid-incident. LMS tool to resolve incidents into AI-generated micro-lessons targeted at each engineer's actual skill gaps. Worth knowing: the specification behind this wasn't written by one person over a week — it was brainstormed and written by a single lead developer directing six AI agents, in a single working day.
Blueprint
Scoped and priced for a real engagement; not yet delivered.
Conduit
An AI tutor that gets an electrician's apprentice ready for the IBEW aptitude test.
Full dev spec for a RAG-powered study platform — citation-grounded chat tutoring, adaptive quizzes, spaced repetition, generated audio lessons.
Ready for the 6-Week Product Sprint.
Never Miss a Lead
A fixed-price system so a home-services business never loses a lead to voicemail again.
Contractors — and businesses like them — lose jobs to whoever calls back first, because nobody's near a phone during work hours. Always-on phone/text answering, automatic follow-up on cold quotes, automatic review requests.
Concept Sprint
Illustrative — what a 6-Week Sprint on this problem would ship. Not a completed engagement.
MyReview AI
Flags personality bias in performance reviews before it becomes a decision.
Reviews reward likability over output more often than most managers realize, and it costs the same employees disproportionately every cycle. This sprint would flag personality-coded language in review drafts in real time and suggest rewrites grounded in concrete deliverables.
QuickBriefs
Cuts legal brief prep from days to hours — the attorney signs off on every fact.
Small firms don't have a discovery bench. This sprint would ingest case documents, assemble a forensic fact timeline, and draft a structured first-pass brief section with citations flagged for verification. The attorney reviews and finalizes everything; the AI never files anything.
AgentOffice
The AI office manager for businesses too small to hire one.
A 2–15 person office doesn't need a full ops platform — it needs someone tracking intake, scheduling, invoicing, and follow-up so nothing falls through. This sprint would deliver one dashboard where an agent runs those workflows and escalates only the exceptions. The natural next chapter after Never Miss a Lead ships.
